“Exceptional service”

From the start the service at this hotel was top level, beyond most hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast staff were superb. Room was very good, quiet. The hotel itself is spacious and relaxing Slightly overpriced breakfast but it was a high standard Recommended for sure

“Best place for shopping weekend in Rotterdam”

We found a great rate online for saturday night including american breakfast. The hotel is minutes from the railway station and again a few steps from all the shops. “Lovely Hotel, Friendly Staff, Good Facilities, opposite Central Station!”

Stayed on an overnight business trip Arrived, welcomed, offered an upgrade deal, chose not to. Needed to use the executive lounge for a private meeting (where drinks/tea/coffee/beers are all free) and was allowed to do so free of charge. “mediocre or just average?”

Stayed for one night in a Junior Suite. The room was fine. Reception was slow. Restaurant was bizarrely slow and the quality of food was mediocre in the extreme. Lovely stay in the Manhattan while in Rotterdam visiting friends. Great warm and professional welcome on check in; lovely room on 11the floor with access to the executive lounge; great breakfast in the dining room which looks out on the newly built Central Station - superb. “Perfect stay”

Excellent service, very friendly staff. Spacious clean cornersuite (suite 915). In walking distance of the shops and train/ metro station. Free acces to the executieve lounge with free coffee, tea and drinks.

“Perfect Stay”

This hotel is just perfect. It is located directly on the central station and from there you can reach all attractions. Nearby you will find a lot of restaurants and nightlife. For us it was a good stay for a reasonable price.
