A large and clean bedroom with a kitchen and shower. A comfortable bed for two persons. Free wifi. Good breakfast. The owners Ingrid & Leon are very kind people like all Netherlanders --- Mahdi Nheri

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Residence 102 in lovely Leiden. I found Ingrid very helpful, quick to respond & friendly. Their house is charming & a nice & easy walk along the canal. I chose this B&B because of it's ranking on Trip Advisor. Leiden is a lovely town but this B&B was by far the worst we stayed in during our holiday visit to the Netherlands (see my other reviews). I regret it when our guests are not satisfied with their stay and would like to respond to your input. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication about the arrival time and I am very sorry about that. We have stayed here in April the past 2 years when visiting the Keukenhof. Always wonderful hospitality and service from Ingrid and Leon. The French and Italian rooms are our favorite. Quiet and comfortable, and Ingrid is always willing to help with maps, train schedules, and helping us book tickets online.

I had to make a last minute business trip to Leiden. Disappointed by my last Hotel stay I tried this B&B. It was great. Clean, comfortable, nice place to work and good internet connection. “Colorful and relaxing getaway”

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of a 2 month trip through Europe. B&B's in Holland are different from what we experienced elsewhere, at least this one was!
