The hotel is just behind the New Church, on Market Square, which is the central point of Delft. It couldn't have a better location. Staff was extremely friendly, helped with all my questions and kept my bags for me before checking in and after checking out. The room was very bright and clean, although not extremely spacious. The bathroom could... More

The Hotel Emauspoort is situated centrally in Delft, and is easy to find. It fronts onto a quiet canal and one side runs along a side street. Lovely interior decor and very helpful staff. Two former circus caravans in the internal courtyard provide extremely romantic accommodation. The restaurant provides a good continental breakfast; we ate out for other meals. Very... More

What a delightful small hotel! Just over a delightful small bridge, behind the Nieuwe Kerk,, the hotel has been in the same family for generations, initially as a bakery. During extensive renovations, they uncovered many artifacts from the time of Vermeer, and reason to think it is the site of Vermeer's famous painting, "The Little Street." We were enchanted with... Our stay in the Hotel de Emauspoort's gypsy caravan is a treasured memory. In a town known for its historic charm, this place truly enchanted me. Located in the courtyard, the caravans have a sense of privacy despite their central location just one block away from the Grote Markt. The spire of the Nieuwe Kerk soars above, and the chiming... We spent one night in Delft and chose the gypsy caravan which was a lot of fun. It is a bit tight with a few headknockers but is very quaint and surprisingly comfortable. The outdoor courtyard feels like private space and was an oasis in the middle of town. The location of the hotel could not be better. It is... More

A cosy little family run place in the heart of Delft. Warm, friendly, great breakfast and 10 minutes from the best restaurants and pubs in the old town. Plus they let me park my motorbike in the courtyard. A great find.

A great position near cathedral in a great town of Delft. Has quirky feel with gypsy caravans. Good size room with modern facilities. Bed comfortable & room quiet. Sunny courtyard to relax. Reception staff very helpful with advice. Would have helped if we were told how to drive to hotel to drop bags off in advance as hotel in pedestrian... More

This hotel has three very positive features. First a very friendly and helpful staff, secondly an excellent breakfast buffet with a wide choice of items and thirdly a good location just off the Market Square. The furnishing in our room was a bit old fashioned but it was quiet and comfortable. We stayed in Delft for six nights, using the... More

You could not ask for a more beautiful place than Delft, and this hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy it. The historic city is basically a car free zone with canals, bridges and wonderful old Dutch houses and many delicious restaurants. Just watch out for the bikes. We stayed in the gypsy caravan which is a unique experience,... More

We selected this hotel because it was top rated in Trip Advisor. We were hoping for something nicer, but it is an average 3 star. The rooms were basic and the best bed we could get was a double. The hosts were responsive to our requests for a referral to a local laundry, but our request for a dinner referral... More
