The hot shower didn't really function (only a bit of water), there was no sound on the television, sqeaky footsteps from the foom above. Location and breakfast was alright though.

What a bad Hotelmanager. He's extremely rude to guests, questions their remarks and tries to pump up the invoices, eventhough specific arrangement was booked. Even the tourist tax was too high. The invoice says €2 pp per night, although the official tax from the city of Middelburg is €0,90 pp per night. What an arrogant crook!
