Renovated rooms are ok but the service is really way below standards of a 4 stars. When the internet doesn't work, you get a "call the cable company" and when there is no hot water (sic !!!) you get a "you can shower at the pool), without anyone feeling sorry for you. I spent a week at the Mitland while working in Utrecht during the summer. My initial impression was very negative, although things did improve over the course of the week.
