We stayed here for just 2 nights and now wish we had stayed many more. Utrecht is one of the most beautiful cities to visit at any time of the year and our trip was made all the more perfect by our wonderful host Hans. As other visitors have mentioned, the breakfast was fantastic and filling for the day. The... More

In the center of Utrecht. It feels like home, clean, with interesting decoration and very good breakfast! The owner is very kind and helpful. In the apartment you can find the museumkaart that gives free entrance in many museums of Amsterdam.

My husband and I stayed here for five nights and we would have no hesitation in staying here again. Its well located and very well appointed. Hans was very friendly and knowledgeable about local restaurants, shops and other areas to visit. Breakfast was great and very generous (and Hans was keen that anything left over was used for our lunch).... More

This one bedroom apartment with breakfast was perfect for our stay in Utrecht. We had never been to the city before and new very little as to what it had to offer. The location of Hans' apartment was perfect. We phoned Hans from the Amsterdam Central Station to see when we could check-in. He was just getting the apartment ready... More

We recently stayed for 4 nights and will return again if in the area. The owner is very helpful and friendly and seemed determined to provide a bigger breakfast than we could eat, as others have said there is enough to make a packed lunch as well. Well situated 30 seconds from the Old canal and it's plentiful restaurants and... More

This appartment is perfectly situated in the center of Utrecht. It is cheaper than most hotel rooms and in exchange you have a kind of little house, with full-accommodation (kitchen, wifi, living-room, TV, sleeping room, bathroom, balcony, etc.). The owner of this place is also really kind and gave us some good piece of advice. We both agreed that if... More

Have just spent three nights at Rosendael while visiting our daughter who is at university in Utrecht this semester. The B&B was comfortable and spacious in a very convenient location. Our host Hans was friendly, informative and provided us with very generous breakfasts, the final left overs of which we enjoyed in sandwich form while waiting for our return flight... More

Wow. It was a two floor apartment and wished i had my partner to share it with. The owner is well- travelled and has incorporated this into the apartment. Clean as a whistle and beautiful big breakfast, modern styling. It is 50 metres from the main canal. The owner had a recommendation for a restaurant, very close and that turned... More

This is advertised as a "bed and breakfast". Wrong. You get a whole flat for your money. That's right, a two floor apartment in the very heart of old Utrecht. The owners, are very kind and friendly couple, They *bring you* a massive breakfast in the morning, discreetly left on the living room table. This is a great hidden gem... More

This isn't really a traditional B&B, it's actually an apartment with breakfast provided - for the same price as a B&B which is pretty cool! Hans, the owner was very welcoming and told us all we needed to know about the local area, we had our own keys and could come and go as we please. The apartment itself was... More
