Quirky hotel in a very convenient location and the staff are delightful. But...it's Utrecht in January and the heating in the rooms isn't great. I couldn't take my coat off in the first room they gave me and in the second I requested a second duvet. The rooms do have most things you need (no flannels though) but the quirkiness... More

We stayed for six nights while doing business. The hotel is well situated a short walk from the station under the famous Dom tower, well within reach of many good restaurants and the central shopping district. The rooms are spacious and modern with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast is adequate. Housekeeping needs a little attention, and we were forced to... More

Situated in a quite street in the centre. I enjoyed an amazing suite, really like the taste for the decoration. The room had everything you may need ( hairdrier, coffe facilities...) and it is clean. As it is a small hotel in and old building, the reception is in the bar, the elevator is more than slow...but a charming atmosphere... More

Stayed here January 1.st for one night. Had an amazing suite on the top floor with a great view of the city and the Dom and a private terrace. When we arrived the door to the hotel was locked and we had to push the doorbell a couple of times before someone opened it. To park our car there was... More

Although living in Asia for 5 years I am still surprised by the high level of service in Asia and how low and bad the service in general is in Europe. Hotel DOM was the big exception to this statement during our trip to Holland. From the moment you check in the staff is there always to help you and... More

nice design - staff in training that means not for me that you will see and find dust every where our room - toilet - tv etc should have been handy if there was a simply explanation how the "curtains" were working public toilet - dust the way breakfast is served is - strange - not polite enough - not... After my recent stay and rereading the earlier reviews I understand them most accurately describe my own stay. Interesting rooms, there are several different types/styles - quiet, tasteful décor but maybe not always the most functional layout. Overall, pleasant and eye pleasing. The staff is helpful, engaged in assuring the hotel guests good experience during the visit. The location is... More

Hits all three of my requirements for work travel: excellent location, very stylish and ready for the business traveller. My room is beautiful with big windows and the most comfortable bed I can remember sleeping in at a hotel. The weird elevator is actually very modern and cool if slow... but there are only three stairs in the hotel. Once... More

What a disappointment. We went with such excitement to this hotel and were expecting something different. Instead, we found an abandoned what used to be intended as probably a hype hotel. At night, there was no one there, no reception, no security...we had to let ourselves in. Not to mention the lift which is a platform and is slow and... More

I spent a night here recently (not my first) but it definitely reminded me of the things that I do not like about it and I will stay at another hotel in the future. It all looks great .... But, lift very very very slow (I'll leave this as quirky) restaurant/cafe with no menu, no options, even no wine list... More
