Staff were unfailingly courteous, but slightly clueless. Two out of three rooms were misallocated despite re-checking that they were twins, not doubles, at the check in desk, so we spent a good 20 minutes playing musical rooms with heavy luggage. Nice Hotel, about half an hours walk from the City Centre. One of the most reasonably priced in Utrecht (which is, generally speaking an expensive place to stay). I am a exposant during the UTRECHT TOURIST EXHIBITION and i use IBIS for my base. This year ( after 3 years ) they called me 4 days before my arrival to inform that I ( 4 rooms reservation from august 2007, 6 months earlier ) was Forced them to pay my taxis every day from and to JAARBEURS. more
