I stayed 1 night at Park Plaza Utrecht and i loved it. New and comfortable rooms and property. It is a little far from the city center, but its alright. If you hire a car, you will not have problems. I recommend it.

Great Central location, a short walk from the central bus and train station. easy to get to the old town shopping, restaurants and bars. Clean well appointed rooms with free wifi - good enough for email, anything more I would pay for the bandwidth to get faster access.. The staff are very helpful.
