This hotel is very nice inside and the staff is very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was excellent as well. The rooms are rather clean (a little smoky - Room 302) and are not overly fancy (it could be updated) but a good safe place to get a good nights rest. The hotel is very close to the Centraal Station... More

The staff are wonderful and the location is pretty good. The room's cleanliness left a little to be desired and as other reviewers noted, the free WiFi is extremely slow. More

Upon arrival I had to wait some 20 minutes for my room to be ready, which was not a problem for me since the bar has a nice choice of specialty beers. The room was fine; not very spacious but not too small, either. As other travellers mentioned internet was fairly slow but then, for email and light browsing it... More

I stayed here for one night on business in March 2012. Firstly the location is great as it's literally a 2 minute walk from the train station which connects directly to Schiphol and a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. The communal areas are pleasant and the staff all seemed super friendly and helpful and breakfast was more... More

Have stayed here before and will not again, finally giving up. In general hotel is tired. It's as we'll maintained as you can expect, but this is no modern hotel. Internet access is dog slow, even if you pay for the faster option, it's still slow. Location is very convenient, staff are friendly and helpful. More

The hotel is conviently positioned within walking distance of the city centre and main train station. What that does mean is that half the hotel room overlook the huge expanse of tracks, if you can sleep through the noise of trains clattering into the station from the early hours to the evening The main part of the hotel is clean... I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip to Utrecht in March 2012. The hotel is next to the railway line, and you should be aware that Utrecht is a major hub on the Netherlands Railways and so the traffic through the station is pretty continuous. If you like trains, as I do, this is not a problem,... More
