At 80Euros per room per night for B&B this was quite expensive for what we received. The proprietors were excellent and made up for the tired bedrooms and furnishings elsewhere. We thought it had probably been a full service hotel (evening meals etc) not so long ago.
The location is very convenient for the beach and the train station (to reach Amsterdam) is about 20 minutes walk away. The centre of the town just around the corner is very pleasant and there are beach restaurants which are expensive but serve excellent food.

We do recommend as a base for Zandvoort and Amsterdam. There is no parking at the hotel but the proprietor provided a "parking card" enabling us to park on the road outside the hotel. He had saved a place with his car! more
