We are a group of 21 girl guides who stayed here for 2 nights. The hostel were really accommodating when we were running a bit late, the food was all homecooked and delicious and the staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms were clean but very small for 4 people and only had three sockets but otherwise really... More

Though it is a good 30 min train ride to Amsterdam it was a great choice since we spent a lot of time in Haarlem itself. The bus also stops right at the hostel and a close train station to get to Amsterdam from. Nice staff, excellent breakfast, good clean rooms with toilet and shower in the room. Lockers and... More

Stayed the night here on our way to the tulip fields. Check in was easy, front desk staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable. We stayed in a private room that was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical European and delicious, plus it was included in our bill. There is also a bar in the hostel that has a good selection... More

Great place. Ca 3 km from town center, but great when you're on a bike holliday - or with car/MC. You can allo rent bikes there. Breakfast is INCLUDED, 'n still the prices are ok! Nice 'n quiet. Nice surroundings. We'll definitely comeback back to stay! <3

I'll start with the two minor downsides to get those out of the way. First, location - it's a bit removed from the main parts of town, so you will definitely have to take a bus to get around. I only stayed one night, but from what I could tell there wasn't much going on around the area of the... More

A very good stay and friendly staff, very informative. The breakfast choice could be better if there is more hot item. Almost 15min to walk to the train station. It is velue for money if stay on the weekday.

This is a nice spot if you plan on visiting Haarlem and Amsterdam. You literally get out of the airport, walk across the street to bus stop 300 Haarlem. Make sure you buy a ticket from the driver. Take it to the Haarlem train station. Then take bus 2 Haarlem Noord and the stop says Stayokay. It drops you off... More

All the StayOkay hostels have rooms for one or to persons with high quality sanitary. You can chose in almost every town. Haarlem is one of the locations very near the shore of the North Sea wth a beautifull strand and the dunes. Their are bikes to rent and you can travel throug a lot of National Parks.

I stayed 4 nights in November and the hostel was warm despite it being cold and windy outside. Not my first visit and I would return again. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good bar. Although rather dated the hostel remains very clean. Lockers in room - you provide your own padlock. Excellent breakfasts, fresh produce, self-service with good orange juice... More
