I am just going to tell it like I see it. You decide if you want to take a chance. Had I known about these problems, we would never have stayed here. Our room was in no way comfortable. It lacked small things that could have made a huge difference in our level of comfort. There was no closet, only... More

We stayed in the huge top floor room, up a couple flights of classically narrow and steep Dutch stairs. The room was wonderful, the location very quiet, a very short walk to the train station for easy access to Amsterdam. Also a very short walk to the main square in Haarlem, a city worth a full day of exploration. Albert... More

We arrived with cycles which were quickly stored in the rear yard and shown to our ground floor room. It was named the French room and was very comfortable. We used the electric fan as it was hot. An added bonus was the 1960's Dansette record player which still worked. I was soon playing an old LP with Django Rheinhart... More

Stayed here 3 times now. There are 3 rooms, 2 downstairs and one in the attic. All the rooms are comfortable and clean. The attic room is really great with a large bath in the middle of the room and a large shower to one side. The bed is very large and comfy. The room is airy with loads of... More

The Mya is well located on a quiet street minutes from restaurants, shopping and museums. The ground floor bedrooms and kitchen are recently remodeled and are very modern. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable about the various attractions. We stayed in the Savanne, a nicely decorated room. The bed was comfortable and as noted was two twins pushed together, fine... The owners were very easy going and helpful. Clean, perfect location, and breakfast with great quality. Lots of good restaurants nearby in Haarlem. Recommend it. 15 minutes by train to Amsterdam and also a beach nearby.

We spent 3 nights at this very convenient bed and breakfast in mid-June. It's just a short walk from the Haarlem Central train station and then another short walk to the Grote Market area. The room was large for the Netherlands, with a nice bathroom, separated from the other room by a sliding partition. Although it was on the front... More

Very nice place to stay, modern and clean. Mya is near the center and it's easy to walk to restaurants, museums and just stroll through this very nice city. The rooms are well decorated and the hosts are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Good coffee and fresh squeezed o.j. were much appreciated.

This Bed and Breakfast is placed in an excellent location: You can walk in 5 min to the historic market place with lots of bars and restaurants around. The Bed and Breakfast itself is located in a quiet side street. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good (good bread, ham and authentic regional cheese; the owner even... More

Excellent little bed and breakfast in an awesome small city. Away from the crowds and all the other touristy things about Amsterdam I don't like (although I DO like it) Breakfast was great, including some amazing local cheese. Location couldn't be better, we wheeled our suitcases the 5 minutes or so from the train station. Will stay there again for... More
