We highly recommend this hotel for good value and exceptional service from the owners Anne-Marie and Henk. They are very friendly and most willing to help with your travel plans. The breakfast is very good with yogurt, breads, cheese, meat, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea. Our room at the back of the hotel was quiet, clean and simply but... More

Faultless hotel in a convenient place with beautiful decor and helpful, friendly and funny owners. The breakfast is high quality, the rooms fresh and the showers have good flow with an Eco setting. The owners have plenty of top tips for day trips. We would stay here again.

I stayed at B&B Malts and can highly recommend it. I felt welcomed from the very first. Co-owner Henk answered the door, carried my bag up the narrow flight of stairs, brewed me a fresh cup of coffee and showed me, on a map, the highlights of Haarlem. Since I was too early to check into the room, Henk stored... More

This B&B was tastefully renovated in Jan 2014, after new owners purchased it last year. Henk and AnneMarie are great hosts and very service oriented. The beds are very comfortable, towels soft, and basic amenities provided. They also serve a nice breakfast each morning in a bright and welcoming room. The location is just steps from downtown Haarlem's Grote Square,... More

We had the pleasure of staying at the B&B Malts Hotel when we were in Haarlem visiting Keukenhof Garden. Having stayed at the hotel in the past, we were DELIGHTED with the recent renovations! New owners Henk and Annemarie are hosptiality professionals who are unbelievably gracious, friendly, and informative. They were amazingly helpful to us and made our visit effortless.... More

What a find, so good. We were there for a Venice concert and booked Malts Hotel and so glad we did. The hosts Annemarie and Henk were perfect and so very helpful in everything. Would absolutely come back and stay here in a second. And the Venice boys were magnificent as well!

This was our first time to Haarlem & staying at the Malts B&B was perfect for us (me & my sister). The price was really good considering it's location & quality. It is right in the centre on a beautiful & happening street called Ziljstraat. The shops on our street and those neighbouring us were really fantastic! We had come... More

This hotel is located an easy train ride outside of Amsterdam. Taxi from the airport is about 20 euros. The town of Haarlem is extremely picturesque and is rich in history. Walking is a great way to experience the town. The staff is friendly, eager to please and knowledgeable about the town. There is no elevator but the staff can... More

Go no further than B&B Malts, Zijlstraat, Haarlem The Netherlands My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights recently... we became part of the furniture. The hospitality of the owners, Hank and Ann Marie was what every B&B stayer hopes for but doesn't often receive... they were THERE for us... when we needed advice, a cheerful chat at breakfast......
