It's a bit quirky, but it was ok. The rooms were recently remodeled, the shower is in an odd location, the entrance to the room. To get to your room, you pass through a bowling alley then into a huge atrium with a stage for a band and a basement with a glow in the dark put put golf course.... More

Had to stay here while waiting to join ship having stayed at the sister hotel the Weinerhof we weren't expecting much. The food is massively over-priced and the portion sizes small and the quality just poor. We also received a pudding which was still frozen. The hotel itself was rather strange and has a bowling alley, a London double decker... More

Very pleasant and spacious hotel in the north of Holland. a Place to stay for the whole family, rent a bike & bowling on the spot. Quiet room with a balcony, flowers and traditional decoration. New shopping center in the center

Having read the reviews on here I was a little sceptical I must say but was pleasantly surprised. A slightly odd layout having to walk through the bowling alley to get to your room which is off a large "atrium" but when there room was pleasant (slightly dated interior and very warm mind), your own balcony and the shower was... Well, I think this is right up there as the weirdest hotel I have been in... I was there on a buisness trip. Så I didnt get much use of their bowling aley or their doubledecker (UK Style) bar, or massive concert area... thing.... The room I had was poor. The lighting was really dim, so wasnt so great doing... More

If you like to stay in a hotel where there is good food available and the restaurant service is reasonably attentive, then don't stay here. I waited more than 20 minutes for staff in the restaurant on more than one occasion. Rooms are around an atrium in which events are held. Sometimes concerts, but I had the pleasure of a... More

It's not the worst I've stayed in but far from the best. My room was like a fridge and luckily enough I was on my own so the quilt from the second bed got used to. I think it's need of a renovation. The food was ok, nothing special but ok. Once seated it takes about 20 minutes to get... More

From the outside it looks OK and the recepetion area is quite normal. THe rooms are 1970s but adequate. However getting to your room, you need to og through what is a mixture of Las Vegas and " I dont know what ". We had dinner in the restaurant, which was a bad idea . The fish was frozen so... More

This hotel is nicely located just a bit out of Den Helder in a green forest rich area. The interior of the rooms is REALLY old fashioned and really could use some modernization. The state is overall decent, though does show its wearoff from over time. The rooms are clean, but do smell a little bit. There's quite some noise... More

This was reasonably close to the venue we were playing at during our Holland tour...and nicer than the ones that were closer in town! This hotel has a concealed a bowling alley which you walk through to get to your rooms. The rooms are on the edge of a glass covered area complete with a double decker bus that has... More
