We stayed in the Jordaan location for three nights over the weekend, and couldn't be more pleased. The proprietor accommodated our arrival time and took the time to sit down with us, asked what we wanted to get out of our weekend, and to make recommendations (an experience we certainly did NOT have with other bnbs). Our room faced the street, Haarlemmerdijk, which is a gem of a street in itself. Location was easily walkable from the train station and really in the heart of it all. We were thrilled with the range of breakfast items and this was our favorite accent of the bnb, to me this really sealed the value of it all. No complaints at all, but do be aware that this is situated on a busy (but wonderful) street so if you can't sleep through the fun, that may be problematic. 10/10 would come back!!!

Exceptionally clean, comfortable room, good breakfast, tea and coffee in the room, even easter eggs and chocolate daily. Really helpful host that took time to explain the area and the attractions of the city and marked it clearly on a city map the places we were interested in seeing. Great location for exploring the city. Good access for Trams, Buses, Cycle hire and near to the central station (15 minutes easy walking). Some great boutiques, bars and restaurants within easy walk. . We were also able to leave our luggage at the B&B securely after check out time.

We fell in love with Amsterdam and this accommodation! This was my first experience with a bed and breakfast, I must admit we were slightly skeptical to begin with as we weren't sure how private the rooms were, however immediately upon arrival we knew we had made the right choice! The owners were incredibly friendly, they provided us with a detailed map of Amsterdam which included places to eat and other tourist destinations. They tidied up our room on a daily basis and filled our fridge with fresh food for breakfast the following morning. They even let us use they're washing facilities, anything we needed, they were on top of it, and privacy was definitely not an issue! Beds were super comfy and the location was perfect, walking distance from everything. We stayed for a total of 2 weeks and did not want to come home! Thanks for everything Kuwadro! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Amsterdam! See you next time!

Room was clean and well attended, with a decent breakfast selection refreshed in the fridge daily. Mattress was very comfortable although we both felt the pillows were rather too big. Only negatives that have lowered the review are that the walls are very thin so we did hear a lot of noise coming from the family that live in the property and were woken up on one occasion - can't be helped with young children I'm sure, but not exactly ideal when you've spent €560 euros... And the heating often wasn't switched on, which left the room cold when we returned. Can't fault the location though, and we did receive a friendly welcome off Goran who gave us tips for visiting the city and a map. Would recommend for location and simplicity, but be aware if you're a light sleeper who doesn't plan on having an early start each morning! Also very steep staircase, typical of old Amsterdam properties!

The b&b in its entirety would have been perfect. Great location that was walking distance to all attractions. It was clean, bright and plenty to eat. Unfortunately we were woken up daily and early by a small child running about, sometimes screaming and generally being a small child. I appreciate this can’t be helped if you have a small child, but we paid €407 for 3 nights, it’s not the cheapest. Had earplugs for road noise, these didn’t help inside! It’s a shame.

When we arrived at Kuwadro at Haarlemmerdijk both Johnny and Goran took their time to introduce us to Amsterdam. Every day our refrigerator was filled with new stuff that tasted great. The Haarlemmerdijk and Haarlemmerstraat is a fantastic area where you can find lots of specialiced shops.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my girlfriend and we loved it. Met Goran upon arrival and he was brilliant in giving us information about amsterdam, things to do and how to get around. The B&B is in a nice busy area about 10-12 minute walk from central station and about 15 minutes into centre but trams nearby. Our room was stocked with plenty for breakfast each morning so we were never hungry leaving for the day ahead. The steps up to the room are steep but that's definitely a common trend in every building in Amsterdam which we learned in our time there! Would really recommend this place to everyone, nice, clean, comfortable and a top class host

We visited Amsterdam this weekend and had an amazing time. What a beautiful City that is overloaded with culture, it has such a positive vibe. We stayed at Kuwadro for 2 nights, this place is in a great location in arhat her boutique setting just minutes from the centre. We were met by Goran when we arrived who was very helpful and gave us some great tips on places to visit, he even helped with our luggage. The room was spotless and well stocked for essentials for the weekend and fresh fruit was delivered each morning. We were shocked after we left Kuwadro to hear Goran following us on his bike as we had left our iPod in the room, that is the level of service you get from these guys.
