The location is very good and the staff is really nice. Shower and WiFi work perfectly. You have to validate your room keys constantly which is a bit annoying but it guarantees you and your stuff will be safe inside.

In the first room we had the window was broken. After a night and arguing with the manager I managed to have another in which the toilet fan and television didn't work but at least you opened the window. Hygiene is very approximate. Was a nice central location ,helpful staff ,nice shower/toilet facilities,Nice breakfast area-down side rooms were small for 7 beds also seemed to have bad door retainers so everydoor seemed to slam shut - a bit frustrating when you are trying to sleep...BUT overall a great stay 8/10 from me!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Dirty small rooms, rude staff, a very unpleasant experience that certainly ruined our trip to Amsterdam. I would avoid staying here at all cost. There are plenty of cheap alternatives.
