Really nice marble entrance foyer, staff were a little straight faced, didn't feel friendly at all, checked in and went to our room. When we were in the room, we found it to be a little compact, but very clean. it was difficult to have two people standing in the room when you opened the shower/toilet door. The toilet was... More

My friends and I stayed in this hotel for a long weekend back in May 2015. I can see a number of bad reviews but, to be honest, I would say it's goo value for money. Yes, some of the rooms are small but they are modern and clean - which I think is more of a priority. The hotel... More

Basically we reserved this hotel for it location and chip price.. We didn't stay much in the room so the size and the fact that the room is underground didn't bother us much.. we paid 200euros for 2 nights which is reasonable. We didn't eat the breakfast. And staff were very nice to us..

We arrived at 11pm and the guy from the reception was just rude! There is no parking and so hard to find wher to park. Room are so noisy I could hear every single car on the road and every single person talking in the corridor. Room are clean and bed are good!

Was a clean pleasent hotel. Bed wasn't the most comfortable and the shower was very small. But we enjoyed our stay none the less. Was a last minute booking. Good location. Mentioned when booking we wanted to go to the hard rock cafe and they gave us a room with a view of hard rock. Was nice gesture.

In Amsterdam for business and decided on this hotel last minute. The Hotel is nice and the price is expected for such an ideal location, but the rooms are tiny and the hotel staff are beyond grumpy if you ask to many questions. Overall if your passing by its a safe bet for a clean room.

This hotel could not be in a better location for those wishing to visit museums in Amsterdam. Because it was so central, we were able to drop back for the restroom or a nap in between activities. But, the room was tiny. The twin beds were more like cots, although admittedly they were comfortable and we lost no sleep. The... More

This Amsterdam hotel is a real dump. The rooms are small and dark. We were not given the type of room that we reserved and there was no compensating reduction in the EUR 229 per night price. The reception desk staff are unhelpful and uncompromising - the customer does definitely not come first.

The location is absolutely excellent being next to the Rijksmuseum, the Vondelpark and the Leidseplein with easy access to the rest of the city by foot or tram. The hotel is clean, the rooms small but well laid out and the personnel is very nice. Why only a 3 star rating? The mattress wasn't great, on 1 side the springs... More

Stayed on business for one night. €177 for 1 room, 1 night with no food or drink. Room was generally OK. Fuzzy television, dirty bedside drawer and clean toilet. Could not connect to Wi Fi (but I am a bit of a problem zone according to my kids) Good location for walking to restaurants. Staff were very good. Other than... More
