Location was excellent - our room was the size of my office at work. Shockingly small. We offered a double bed or two twins - that was unexpected at a Best Western. The hotel room itself was nice but my main gripe is that on one day our room didn't get cleaned. True we were in room a fair bit but there were several hours when we were out, and had hung the "please make up our room" sign.The only response was to hang a bag with some clean towels in it... more
