Stayed here for five days from the third of May 2015..... Loved it! It's not going to be suitable for all or those with disability, the stairs are very steep, and no lift. Our room was on the third floor, a good size comfortable bed and adequate storage for clothing. The best bit was the bathroom, or should I say... More

I would, of course, choose a time for a visit to Amsterdam when the city was full of visitors to some major exhibitions. Rooms were available but at a price that I was not prepared to pay. Furthermore the more central the higher the price and the fewer available so I settled for the Corner House Hotel because it was... More

What a great little hotel! The hotel is located above a small comfortable pub, pretty much across the street from the train station. You walk to the end of the bar to check in. Don't waste your money on a Taxi.... like I did! It wasn't noisy at all from the bar, and my room was remodeled and labeled as... More

Situated in a perfect location in and around all the shops and just seconds away from Dam square . The rooms were too a high standard and bathrooms were very modern and in pefect working order . We have just come back from Amsterdam and can't rate Corner House Hotel highly enough, it was cheap, spotlessly clean, and the hotel staff couldn't do enough for you, especially Marek the manager. Very steep stairs so anyone with walking difficulties might find them difficult, but it is a typical Dutch house so is to be expected., but staff are... More

Well located hotel. Small rooms, but clean and affordable. The heater wasnt well that you could control, but was ok. Good option for the price. Close to Red Light District and Central Station. Has a restaurant in the basement, but in my floor was quiet.

Best thing about this hotel is the location, next to Dam Square. Situated above a pub so was noisey at night and trams ringing bell outside. Breakfast not available till 8.30. Not much good when the tours start at 9.00! Room okay but needs maintenance. Had to ask if someone could help with luggage as stairs are very narrow and... More

This hotel was advertised to be 1 Star but I believe it may now be 3 Star; either way, it's a 3 star hotel in my opinion. Location is brilliant, very central and close by Dam Square. The staff are very helpful and very polite. Originally there were only 8 of us booked in but 2 more booked on after;... More

Just returned from The Corner House Amsterdam, spent 2 nights here, room was very large and clean and had a lovely wet room, only down side was the noise from the main road and it was on the 4th floor (no lifts), staff were fantastic, very friendly and polite, the location was very central, within walking distance of all attractions,...
