Almost certainly the worst 'hotel' I've ever stayed in, anywhere. Virtually all fixtures and fittings would fail a health and safety inspection. Highlights include : beds crammed together, extractor fans not working, no mirrors, no doors on wardrobe, stains everywhere, broken light fittings, broken bannisters on very steep stairs, very noisy. Thankfully we did at least get clean sheets. The... more

This was a truly AWFUL place to stay. Having read the other reviews I completely agree with how terrible this place is. I only wished I had read them before I booked it! I booked it through a travel website and checked out its own website which is completely DISHONEST and was bitterly disappointed when I arrived there. The room... more

This is not a hotel, it is a hostel, and actually that description may be gilding the lily somewhat. Bare wires hanging out of the wall, "V" shaped beds with grubby nylon sheets, doors which did not lock and filthy bathrooms which stank of urine were actually the highlights of this establishment. One of the rooms offered to us actually... more

The first thing we've seen was a dirty entrance and a dirty red carpet. The lady at the reception didn't even look at us when we were talking to her. We felt really scared, after leaving our bags behind the reception (because it was too early to check in) we walked around looking for other accommodation. However, it seemed that... more

720€ for two nights. This is barely a 2 star hotel. The price is a total joke. Rooms were clean, en suite toilet& shower. However...uncomfortable, small single beds in dorm-style arrangement-4+ per room. No facilities other than a television, archaic bathroom, understaffed. Noise unbelievable, constant street noise, glazing offers no protection, internal noise very high as well. Fire alarm went... more

We had already booked 3 nights in other hotel for the beginning of the stay and decided to stay on in the city for a few more nights before our flight home. We booked this through the Information point at the Centraal Station., It was quite pricey for two night, just under 170 Euro. It was discusting!! Thread bear carpets,... more

Having booked prior to arrival, we noticed the very dirty entrance hall and our hearts began to sink. We asked at the desk if we were getting a double room as booked. We were given a choice of two and asked to choose. Up the very steep threadbare dirty carpet to the first floor and opened a room overlooking the... more

The three of us arrived the hotel just before 2 pm, there we were told that our room (a dorm) would be ready in an or two hour, perhaps! But at least we could leave our luggage there until then. When we came back to the hotel a few houres later there was no problem to check in, our room... more

Useful location but everything else is awful. On arrival we found one bed was damp resulting from a leak above. We were assured this was fixed - that was not true. Each day we returned to find the same leak, only worse each time. Only offered alternative room on the last night when the "hotel" was not so busy. I... more

The worst hotel I have been to! I paid them 147 euros for the price of 3 nights but I only stayed there for only one night. They have agreed to refund me 90 euros for the last two nights I have paid for but I did not receive a penny until now. I initially booked a room at Hotel... more
