My wife and I stayed at Annette's place for 2 nights. She is one of the most wonderful persons I have encountered. She is extremely warm, helpful and friendly. She is always ready to bring on her beautiful smile for anyone. She also puts her heart and soul in preparing hearty breakfast for us. I really appreciate it. The room,... more

We stayed there for 3 nights in room Nyaki (the biggest room). The B&B is located at a 15 min. tram ride from the center. The room had a comfortable bed (we slept well) and it had a cooking area (though we didn't cook). She had wi-fi but had trouble giving us the password because she was not sure if... more

We stayed three nights in Annette's largest room and had comfortable, quiet nights. The room has a sink and stove and enough gear to cook your own meals (we didn't). Annette was away but Lillian made us a huge breakfast with something extra for Easter. There were even little bags to take the left overs for later. Even though we... more

What a wonderful stay we had at Annette's B&B!!! Stayed there for 3 nights, with my girlfriend, on a double room (annette room) with shower, tv, heating and a very cozy bed. The room is small, but you have space for everything you need, plus a window, which comes in handy if you smoke. Annette smokes too (who doesn't in... more

We spent only one night in the smallest room Laurean. The room was indeed small, but as promised there was a great big breakfast! The house is located very close to the tram stop and going to the more lively areas was convenient. Unfortunately Annette was out of town so we didn't have the pleasure of meeting her. All in... more

Only stayed for one night as I was passing through Amsterdam. The room was small but nice, the woman owner was very friendly and showed me around the house. When I left early in the morning she made me some sandwiches and fruit and drink for my journey. She was like the mother you always wanted. more

The location is very good, you can reach almost all points of interest by tram in about 15min. You can also find some very nice "coffe shops" nearby and a large supermarket. Annette is a lovelly person, and will give you all sorts of useful advice. The rooms are not that nice, and one of them is really small, but... more

Annette's was a nice homely place to stay in Amsterdam. The room we had was at the back of the house, facing the courtyard. The heating was great, the bed was very comfortable and it was handy to have a basin in the room. The bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was not provided when we stayed because Annette was out of... more

Reading the previous review made me exclaim, "That's so Annette!" Our family stayed at Annette's for 3 nights a couple of weeks ago, and it was a great experience. Annette's warm and funny with lots of stories to tell, and she really provided a happy place to stay and rest during our visit. Annette realizes that one of the rooms... more
