Truely awful hotel. Hotel staff wanted all the money up front and even included a 5% "Amsterdam sales tax" and preceeded to lie saying that "even ATMs charge a 5%" - clearly total lies. we lost money in this hotel. Somebody from the hotel stole the money out of our room and the worse thing was that they didnt do anything about. when we went to speak with them about this, they told us that they would do for sure something to resolve it and that we should come back to speak with them... more

The hotels location is within a good distance to the RAI, but if you are planning on going to central Amsterdam then this hotel is a bit to far out of town, you can walk there but, takes about an hour and a half.
