Everything was perfect. We arrived late in the evening (23:00), Maria was waiting for us. She gave good advice for places to visit, she gave a map. She prepared a baby bed for our daughter. The appartment was very clean. we let our lugguage in the stair during the last day to take them back just before leaving Amsterdam. The... More

I booked the studio apartment from July 4 for 4 nights. It is at the top of a narrow flight of stairs, very spacious for 2 as it is the attic space of 2 small houses. We really enjoyed it, Maria is very helpful, Wifi was great, and the Studio is well stocked with cutlery , crockery, plenty of towels... More

We booked the room just a day or two in advance of our last minute trip to Amsterdam. We only stayed for only one night, but with the kitchen facilities the room would have been comfortable for a longer stay. The room was kept very clean. This was probably the most comfortable bed we slept on during our European travels.... More

The pros: The studio is big and consists of a separate hall, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It offers free coffee and tee. The cons: It had a strong smoke smell that lasted during our entire stay, even after opening the windows for some time. It is located far from the historical center: 20 minutes walk to reach the... My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and were not disappointed. The flat was wonderfully decorated and situated in a great area. Although the property is located beside the rail lines, the noise was not an issue. There were 3 designated rooms, kitchen, small sitting area and bedroom, with a very comfy bed, I might add! There are... More

We stayed here for 6 nights at Schiemanstraat 1. + The owner was very helpful, gave us a lot of informations about the city. There are 3 rooms in the apartment. Kitchen, small living room and a bed room, separate toilet and shower, nice decoration. There is a coffee machine (Ph. Sense ) with coffee including - nice surprise. Tee,... More

My husband and I stayed at Bickersbed with our three adult children for 3 nights. We were asked to contact Maria by phone on arrival to airport or central station and we were promptly met by her at the apartment. She was helpful and friendly. The apartment was perfect for us, we were given an extra bed as we were... More

we stayed in Bickersbed, in the appartments close to the train line, as one of the advisors say. Our appartment was excellent: small but tidy and very clean. It has a kitchen (IKEA)-livingroom, a bathroom with shower and a big bedroom with a very confortable bed. The area, the JOOrdan neightbourhood is safe, friendly and cool. there are some restaurant... do not recommend if you are on business trip. The house is right next to train line, literally touching the raised platform. It says there is a wireless, but you can not access it!! When I complained, I was given 15m cable left outside of my room without any comment. I assumed it meant to find the router myself and... More

Myself and two friends stayed at Bickersbed for 3 nights this August. The website is good and shows the property how it is - although it forgets to mention one thing! Bickersbed has two rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. They are not completely separate from each other so if you went as a couple you would have another couple... More
