Me and my family stayed here while we were in Amsterdam for a weekend. It's close to museumplein where the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum are, along with good restaurants and cute shops. The rooms were very nice and affordable, ours were overlooking the canal right in front of the hotel. Reception was also very helpful by giving us maps, informing... More

Before we go we red to much bed comment about this hotel. I think all comment depends what you really expect from hotel. For us Clean and Location is important. If those are good, our comment high. For us we like its location its very close to Rijk Museum, V.Gogh Museum. Tram is very close. And Starbuck, Walk&Vok, McDonald, Market... More

Stayed here for a weekend for a boys holiday. Location wise I was really impressed, very close to three main squares and feels very central without being busy. There's a tonne of restaurants round the corner too, although food on the whole in Amsterdam was a bit crap. The room was small but functional, did what it needed to and... More

One should evaluate a hotel by its "category." The Mozart Hotel does not pretend to boutique charm or even particular comfort. The lobby doubles as a sparse breakfast rom. There is only one staff person on constant duty behind the desk. That person was exceedingly helpful and pleasant during our stay. The room was minuscule and without charm. Bathroom door... More

Stayed at this hotel when I went to Amsterdam for my 18th in 2012 for a week and then again a year later for my 19th for 4 days both times it was fine. The staff were a bit morbid but that doesn't really bother me it's all about the location and price and for that you really can't complain!... More

The only good thing: location near the tram which is pretty close to Central area. However, the room walls are thin like paper, I kept hearing people talk, walk or close the door at night. I constantly woke at night by noise. Also, the blanket is aged. Room is small.

This hotel is all about the location. It´s very close to Leidsplein, and walking distance from many major attractions, like the museums and Heineken Experience. The room was very small, but recently renovated. The double bed wasn´t a real double bed, but two single beds put together, so you end up having a gap between you and the person sleeping... More

Visited here March 2015 for the second time purely for the great location and somewhere to rest our head. I was very impressed to see the hotel had been completely redecorated, so much better! Rooms are much more welcoming and stylish unlike the dull shoeboxes they were before Easy walk to many cafes, bars shops and the tram for exploring... More

We stayed here for a long weekend and was greatly satisfied about the location and the customer service but the disappointment of having a room in the basement continued as i realised the worst: getting bites from BED BUGS for €200 per night. Nightmare ending to an otherwise great trip.

We stayed for a long weekend. We had a double room with canal view. It was fairly quiet - being up on the 4th floor. The rooms are quite small but the hotel is centrally located. It is still very good value to be in such a central location - 200yrds from a tram stop in and out of town.... More
