This hotel is all about the location. It´s very close to Leidsplein, and walking distance from many major attractions, like the museums and Heineken Experience. The room was very small, but recently renovated. The double bed wasn´t a real double bed, but two single beds put together, so you end up having a gap between you and the person sleeping... More

Three days ago on May 19th, I made a reservation with Hotel Mozart for the second half of June 2015. I made the reservation booking.com; however, I failed to notice the little note next to the room info that said "non-refundable", probably because the majority of reservations at booking.com can be cancelled for free. When I received a confirmation email,... More

Visited here March 2015 for the second time purely for the great location and somewhere to rest our head. I was very impressed to see the hotel had been completely redecorated, so much better! Rooms are much more welcoming and stylish unlike the dull shoeboxes they were before Easy walk to many cafes, bars shops and the tram for exploring... More

We stayed here for a long weekend and was greatly satisfied about the location and the customer service but the disappointment of having a room in the basement continued as i realised the worst: getting bites from BED BUGS for €200 per night. Nightmare ending to an otherwise great trip.

We stayed for a long weekend. We had a double room with canal view. It was fairly quiet - being up on the 4th floor. The rooms are quite small but the hotel is centrally located. It is still very good value to be in such a central location - 200yrds from a tram stop in and out of town.... More

We stayed at the Mozart for two nights and were greeted by friendly and polite staff. We were able to store our bags there before we checked in and after check out and the hotel was in an excellent location to explore the city. The main shopping area is minutes away and it is very easy to get around Amsterdam... More

Upon arriving at the hotel I was greeted by a warm and friendly member of staff who answered all of our questions regarding what and where to go in Amsterdam. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, I was impressed with the great service. It's location was ideal for us to plan busy day trips and return to a comfortable... More

The hotel is perfect if you are looking for something basic and budget. BUT, even though it is basic,(bed, bathroom towels), it is neat, clean, quiet and central. The mattresses is firm and inviting, pillows perfect to sleep on. And everything else is clean, neat, white and worm. The bathroom is so neat and clean. Everything is working, and the... More

Very nice small hotel in centre of Amsterdam , near to Leidsplain but not close enough to hear and late night noise. This hotel appears recently renovated, and like all Amsterdam small hotels , is compact. The room I was in was large compared to other hotels and the en-suite bathroom was generous by comparison. Overall this hotel is excellent.... More
