Me and my wife, we spent nearly a week 11.-17.10.) in Amsterdam, where we stayed in the Mozart hotel. The Hotel is situated at Prinsengracht (Gracht is the dutch word for a canal inside a city). First we were astonished about the small rooms; but then we had to get to know, that by law the houses along the 'Gracht'... More

We ended up staying here due to our late decision and subsequent booking of our hotels. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is in a relatively good location, if you like to walk 20mins to any major attraction. Our first night we were placed in the basement at the back of the hotel which smelt like... More

My room was fine. Very small (I paid a low price for a single room and I didn't expect any different), but clean and didn't have any problem with noise. Convenient location in front of a canal and next to a lot of places to eat and Paradiso if you're visiting for a gig. Staff were polite. Only downside is... More

Having not read others reviews of Mozart Hotel, I still get the feeling from the star ratings that people did not like it! On the positive Amsterdam accommodation is expensive. I needed a room for two nights in Amsterdam, and had a double followed by a single. The price was good for Amsterdam and the loaction near Leidseplein is good.... More

Multiple staff told us that we could stay and extra day. We confirmed with two staff and offer to payed twice but we paid in the evening . After coming back at 3 am (after we paid ) we learned our room was not booked and we could get a room at another hotel. The other hotel had no knowledge... More

This is more like a hostel than a hotel. The location is good and the bed was reasonably comfortable but the bad out-weighted the good! The room was like a prison cell. The people staying in neighbouring rooms were very noisy. When the people in the room above flushed the toilet it sounded like Niagara falls. There was no place... More

I was unlucky and had a room in the basement. There was constant sound of running water, noise from over head and you can hear your neighbors in the hall way. That being said the staff I dealt with were helpful and spoke English. Location is awesome. Great place to stay if you just want a place to sleep and... More
