We stayed at this hotel via a name your price site, and it was a good value. We paid less than 1/2 the standard rate. The hotel is close to the central rail station, and offers a free shuttle back and forth. It is out where the cruise ships dock, a 10 minute walk to the thick of the city,... More

Nice rooms but like other reviewers had problems with the temperature of the shower water- lukewarm at best which is just not up to scratch. We were offered an upgrade (that we had to pay for) at check in to an executive room and also a deal on breakfast- I wish we had taken the breakfast deal as we ordered... More

stayed here in february and was pleasently surprised by the quality of this hotel. The price didnt include breakfast which was expensive, but a 10 minute walk to the city centre and you have a multitude of eateries to choose from. They have a free shuttle to the city centre that was well used as it was freezing, in fact... More

The hotel was really understaffed, so everyone worked with lots of pressure and most of them were frustrated especially the shuttle drivers and staffs in the coffee shop (both in the morning and evening). Booking info had lots of discrepancies. Most ladies at the reception (guess they were all trainees) had never been able to help solve any issues and... More

We really enjoyed our experience at this hotel and found the room comfortable and spotless. We had asked for a double bed on a high floor overlooking the harbour. We received a nice room on the 17th floor but not a double bed. We had written to the hotel prior to our arrival that we were celebrating our 40th anniversary... More
