I have visited Amsterdam on several occasions before and always stayed in hotels. I couldn’t get a booking in a hotel due to a conference. A friend told me about a B&B she had stayed in during her visit and said I would really like it. So I made a booking, and she was right – I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Blue Moon. I was pleasantly surprised by the standard, size and comfort of the accommodation, which was very tastefully designed – you could tell a lot of thought was put into it. Location was perfect for me as the B&B is right in the city centre and transport links are practically on the door step of the Blue Moon which is ideal. A sumptuous continental breakfast is served in your room daily and Taufik, the host, was very helpful with any information you needed. I was surprised by the size of the room and en-suite bathroom and I felt very at home – something I don’t always feel when staying in a hotel.
