Quiet part of town, nice bars and restaurants in every direction. Essential places in walking distance. Staying at the Blauwbergwal apartment next to the canal...perfect for couples or solo travelers. 50 m to Arendsnest Prooeflokaal, local craft beer (30 on tap and at least same bottled)...if you enjoy beer, go visit!

Not what we expected. Literally a room in a house. Miserable man walked us to house from shop. Room small but adequate with small wet room. No shampoo etc nor maid service. Expensive for what it was. Location ok and easy to find.

The Truelove Guesthouse is in a very central location, close to Dam Square and Central Station. We stayed in a room facing one of the canals, it was quiet and clean. Nothing fancy but everything you really need. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our stay.

First of all the given address wasn't the room's address but a shop's address. Also, the description was saying that there was a private bathroom in the room .. There was something like a bathroom.. We felt very uncomfortable..It was a shock for us!! The only good thing was the location and the view. P.S: Take your own shampoo and... More

For my travel to Amsterdam with a group of friends, this was a great place to stay for the price. It is located in the prettier part of the city, typically the canal photos you will see often online. It is a very safe area at night and we felt happy walking around. The owners are very amenable and gave... More

I stayed here with a group of 8 girls for a birthday weekend. This place was chosen because of its good value for money and its location. We arrived late on a Friday so prior to landing we contacted the owners who allowed us to have a late check in for a small fee. When we arrived there was someone... More

We emailed prior to arriving as we had a late check in, and were met by someone at the time we said. Rooms were adequate, we had booked 4 rooms and 2 were in a different apartment block about 5 mins walk away. It wasn't an issue really as we were able to use the free wifi to communicate meeting... You'll have no idea what to expect pictures wise - they had a good photographer! We stayed in three different rooms as got bitten alive by something in the first room we stayed in! Then had to move again after being moved as a the 2nd room wasn't available for us!! None of the 3 rooms were worth the money!... More

Stayed in L22 from the 2nd Sept to the 5th Sept. Lovely guesthouse all the furnishings and more, WiFi, dishwasher, iron, washer and dryer etc. Very clean and open in a good location. Owners are brilliant and emailed us all the information about finding it and best transfer methods which was really useful. Away from all the craziness of central... More
