the hotel is located within the hub of amsterdam - we had a room at the front which was a bit noisy but with a closed window it was fine - the room was small but clean - we had good service in a top location. the breakfast was good and very welcome compared to similar hotels with no breakfasts.

We only stayed one night after a long night of travelling, and we were off to another part of Holland the next day. The location was perfect over Rembrandt square, right by plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. If you're in to shopping, the fashion shops are just a short walk away. Perfect location in the middle of a... More

This hotel is located in a perfect area just walking distance from the centre of Amsterdam, it has a nice quiet little square of it's own around the hotel with lots of nice restaurants and cafe's. The hotel itself is a great price per night, i don't think you will find much cheaper for this standard, very clean and tidy... More

I done a thorough search when looking for a hotel for me and my friend to stay for a short trip to Dam. I was happy to find this hotel/hostel when doing my research especially as it was on Rembrandt Square, which is close by to everywhere we wanted to go. I do like to read reviews on accommodation but... More

I couldn't help that I had been ripped off after booking this hotel and staying there. I tried to save a few pennies and went here. What a mistake. Unless you plan to go to club smokey underneath the hotel I don't recommend it. Party goers went till 5am the next morning. I would return to amsterdam but never for... More

Stayed for 1 night. Really nothing to grumble about. Basic but clean and very central. Would highly recommend. The bathrooms are shared but this really wasn't an issue for us. Did not try the free breakfast so unable to comment.

We thought this hotel would be amazing by the pictures that are shown . I must say that we were shocked as we walked into the room . Apparently the room we had was the best room in the hotel yet we had to share our bathroom with four other people . There was hair on the bedsheets . I... More

Clean room, great location. Only issue would be no kettle in room or hair dryer. I did ask but the ladies behind the desk didn't find either which was a little disappointing. The room and hotel are located above a cafe/night club but after visiting the cafes and coffee shops the noise isn't really an issue. But it is rather... More

This hotel is not cheap, but affordable for the city. It is well located, not far from downtown and on the Rembrandt, which is vivid every evening. I had one bed with 2 legs broken, but what made the nights very difficult was the noise. People are screaming on the Rembrandt place until 5 or 6am in the morning.
