Coming off the end of a very busy and tiring trip in Ukraine I decided to stop in Amsterdam for a few nites on the way back to the US. What a welcoming and lovely place this is!! The owner Irena greeted me upon arrival and showed me to my room, which was the smallest of the three she has,... more

very friendy owner giving insider information. clean rooms and nice breakfast. not too far from the city. easy to get there on foot or by tram. Our advice: enjoy the city by canal bus. Stop is only five minutes walk from the B&B more

As a family of four with two teenagers it's difficult to find somewhere that suits everyone. Between Art & Kitsch managed this easily. The location is ideal near the museums and quiet too. The boys loved the freedom of being able to cycle off on their own and meet up later. I'm sure they saw far more of Amsterdam this... more

We really enjoyed our stay at Irene's B+B. Our room was a cozy and comfortable art deco space and the location was superb - walking distance from museums and galleries, yet in a quiet area. We could have stayed much longer... more

Recently, I stayed for the second time at the Between Art & Kitch B&B and I am almost sure it's not the last time. Staying at this B&B feels much like renting a small apartment for a few days - except that there is someone there, who answers any questions you may have and the fridge is well stocked. Though... more

I stayed at "Between art and kitsch" on the end of November. In contrary to the cold weather of Amsterdam, I received a warm welcoming from Mrs. Irene Boller who runs the place, she is very helpfull and gave me the best tips for my staying. As a matter of fact, she helped me plan my visit more than any... more

We had the "small" room, but it was very spacious with a very nice bathroom and a lovely decorations. Irene, who runs the place was helpfull and a very sweet woman. The breakfast was excellent, it included everything you wanted,... more

My Mother and I spent two weeks at this bed and breakfast. We were lucky enough to have the spacious baroque room which can easily sleep three people. Facing the canal, it has its own shower/toilet, mini kitchen with fridge, tv and eating area. The common area of the b&b has a kitchen area with fridge, mini stove, microwave, dishwasher,... more

Between Art & Kitsch is a wonderful unique B&B just a few minutes' walk from the Rijksmuseum. Irene who runs the B&B is friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions or help you plan your stay. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, the breakfast options are wide and varied, and Irene's cats are lovely! Highly recommended. more

I travel a lot on business to various countries and stay in hotels, my first holiday for a long time was going to be spent at Amsterdam and I could not have asked for a better "HOME" than Between Art and Kitsch B&B. Being on a holiday and living in a home away from home is a fantastic feeling. I... more
