We stayed at the hostel last summer and it was really better than we expected. The location was so good because it was near to the places we wanted to visit. We only had a problem finding the hostel on our first day.

Stayed here for 4 nights in a 6 bed dorm, and judging by the reviews I was expecting a lot worse than I got! We were all pleasantly surprised, had our own little balcony! We went in a group of 3, and the staff were all nice, especially the poor guy who works the overnight shift! You can come and... More

We are a couple travelling in our late 20's early 30's. We are travelling for a year and mix it up, staying in hostels, houses and hostels. We Stayed here for 4 nights. (Booked an extra night after only originally booking 3). We were staying in the top room in the 8 bed dorm. The room was full but we... More

This isnt the best hostel in the world, its a bit dark but it was clean. Very close to food and coffee shops. and a walk away from most other attactions in the city. Easy to get to (very close to tram stop) but a tad tricky to find as it sort of hidden next to a restaurant entrance.

I booked this hostel in the last moment, and wanted to sleep only one night, in friday. At the weekend, all hostels are usually twice expencive, but for 46 euro I expected more comfortable place. I was in same, too small room with 3 people. Beds were ok, but we had no windows, so I felt really claustrofobic, I suppose... More

Amsterdam Hostel Centre must have the worst experience we could have imagined. They have cancelled our reservation without letting us know. We found out on the day of arrival when we wanted to check it. We were lucky enough that we managed to find another hostel. The stay have costed us more then planned all because of selfishness. They basically... More

Friendly staff and easy check in. Very small entrance way to the hostel and isn't very well sign posted - if you blink you'd miss it. Resonably good sized rooms although storage is limited as is the security of your belongings. Very basic place to stay.

Stayed here with 6 friends, in a 8 bed room (number 23)! Check in was fine, we arrived at about 10am and couldn't check in until 2pm but the guy at reception stored our bags for us free of charge until we could check in. Staff were friendly. The room was fairly clean, and was maintained daily. Great hostel for... More
