Misc eatdrinksleep is a small and personal hotel with only six rooms. We stayed in the Baroque room which was wonderfully decorated with a nice view over the roof tops. The hotel is nice and clean and the location is just perfect with an eight minutes walk from the central station. Each morning a small but delicious breakfast is served.... More

If you want to see what it is like to stay in a boutique hotel with a feeling that you are staying in someone's home, this is a great choice. The hotel has 6 rooms, each with a different theme that you get to by going up a very windy staircase that really made us see what it must be... More

This is a small hotel (only 6 rooms) and you can't be anonymous. The upside of that is personalised, friendly service. The room was large and comfortable (we had a canal-view room). The shower was good. The quality of the (free!) wi-fi was great. There was a bit of street noise, but the owners handily provide a white noise machine... More

We stayed at MiscEatSleepDrink for nights in early May. We felt more like house guests than hotel patrons. During our stay we were both sick. Me recovering from pneumonia Dorothy with a serious upper respiratory infection. The first morning of our stay we were bundled off in a taxi to a medical clinic that was open in spite of a... More

Just returned from a 3 day/night trip to Amsterdam and absolutely loved spending it at misc eatdrinksleep. Firstly, if you are going to complain about the 'noise', don't look for a city centre hotel! FYI, not even noisy. Anyway, the hotel is brilliant. Friendly owners who are on hand should you need help making a decision on what to do... More

I found the owners and staff of this small central hotel very friendly and helpful and fun and nice to deal with. Very helpful in advice on getting to the hotel from the airport. My room was large and very light with great view over the rooftops of Amsterdam and lovely view of garden. Room well appointed and free mini-bar... More

Ok, so we visited Misc a few years ago on a vacation, had a great time, and Rachel and Pepjin were great hosts. The location is perfect, room clean and comfortable, and breakfast a nice start to the days. Never expected to return to Amsterdam, but circumstances allowed a return last year, in which they coordinated an apartment in the... More

Wonderful small boutique hotel in a super area in Amsterdam. Owners Rachel and her husband Pepjin were delightful and accommodating hosts who spared no effort in making our 6 night stay so memorable. Rachel and Pepjin never minded being peppered with questions on where to go and how to get there. It was a lovely hotel and I would love... More

Really good, small, boutique hotel in central Amsterdam. The owners are very welcoming and friendly; the room was so nice. Each room is themed, we had the Baroque room and it didn't disappoint. The hotel is just beyond the 'red light' district, but is not in it, and we did not have any issue at all with this, so don't... More

Wow! Stay here if you can. Highly recommended. Great ambience, friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, luxury toiletries, stylish rooms, amazing shower, so clean and wonderful comfy bed and bedding. Convenient location near Niewmarkt and Dam Square. We will be back!
