It was a little bit difficult to find the hotel because there is no sign at the entrance. You have to enter 16A and call the hotel's reception for them to open the main entrance door. Staff are nice, coffee and tea are served all the time. Everything in the room was new and clean, although my room was very... More

The hotel is quite difficult to find if you don't know what you are looking for - there is definitely a lack of signage! The entrance is on the first floor of a very modern looking building but the door you go through to the hotel isn't on the main street frontage, you have to go through the glass doors... More

This is such a nice little hotel, doesnt look like on from the outside. The hotel feels mor elike an apartment complex then a hotel and though it offers no extras it is close to the city centre and the rooms are nice and clean. I booked a small double room and upon arrival the room was a triple room,... More

Absolutely loved staying in this hotel. Short tram stop away (15 minute walk) from central station. Free juice and hot drinks at reception. Lovely modern room with a wet room. When I return to Amsterdam, the Mosaic Hotel will be my choice to stay at again! Great price for the whole stay.

Great location and very close to Overtoom tram stop, with direct rides to Central station and Dam Square, I found Hotel Mosaic an excellent choice. I got an extremely good deal for two nights and was very happy with my room, it was modern, clean and surpassed my expectations immensely. Free hot drinks in hotel reception which you could take... This hotel is fantastic,if you leave near the train station just catch the tram nr 1 and leave in Eerste constantijn huygensstraat stop, then walk 5minutes and you are there, the hotel has a little sign on the door so it could be hard to find.we had reserved a room with a smart offert 145€ for 3nights and we expected... Had such a lovely stay at this hotel, we were worried at first due to other reviews but this hotel is fab... 5/10 minute walk to the leidseplein square , plus you can walk to either end of the street and one end is the 17 tram and the other no 1 which will take you right into dam square!... More

ideal location for a tourist in amsterdam, close to trams and able to walk into city centre, taxi to airport was also reasonably priced (30euro between 4 people). Modern hotel, rooms furnished comfortably, reception very helpful and friendly, gave us maps and coupons and told us everything we needed to know, i would definitely stay at this hotel again and... This is a great hotel, very clean & the staff was really friendly. My main reason for choosing this hotel was because of it's location, I wanted to be in the centre that way we can walk & tour, while not worrying about having to drive. However, parking there is 25 euro for 24 hrs.

We hoped this hotel would be ok because we'd read some bad reviews but honestly for the price we paid I thought it was excellent. There didn't seem to be many people staying there (or we didn't see very many) but if the hotel was at full capacity it might be a bit noisy as all the walls are only... More
