I booked and cancelled this hotel on the same day due to travel problems. I received a nice reply saying "no problems, hope to see you in the future". I have to agree with the many negative comments about this hotel. I didn't mind the steep stairs, even though I had to go down them sideways as i have size 14 feet. Its Amsterdam and its is to be expected. We booked a 'triple room' and felt like sardines. There was no air-conditioning and had to leave the window... more
