stayed at the city hotel with 5 mates hotel over lookin the main canal 5 mins walk from the train station that goes direct to the airport 5 mins walk from the bars and restraunts and (red light ) a good ten min walk to dam square in all a good place too stay in reach of everything you need more

The location of this hotel is good with a view over the Osterdock towards North Amsterdam around 15/20 mins walk from Central Station. I am doing business travel for the last 20 years, but this hotel was the worst I stayed in my private and business time. The hotel is in a great position, a few minutes walk from Dam Square, but far enough out from the seedy parts of the city!
