This hotel was such a let down. The staff were on the verge of rudeness all the time. From the outside the Savoy sign is dirty. All inclusive means nothing. The fridges kept the drink barely cold. The breakfast was ****, didnt look edible. I could see into the kitchen during breakfast and the staff were in jeans and trainers.... more

Tram stops directly across the street so getting to center and "tourist areas" very easy. You can spend days just in the neighborhood with shops, parks the largest outdoor market in A'dam. Great Hotel. I agree with the majority of reviews previously posted. Staff could not have been more helpful. Free bar / tea/ coffee a real plus. Plenty of restaurants / supermarkets nearby. Walking distance to most attractions. more
