LOCATION: Right in the heart of Amsterdam, just a foot step from major sight seeing spots and museums. I've stayed in many european cities and this is that type of spot, where it's central, affordable and easy to walk anywhere and just few meters away from Metro stop. HOSTS: Dave and Chris are the most friendliest hosts that met us... More

My daughter and I stayed in the Large Dutch Room made up into two twin beds. It is an extremely large room equipped with basically anything you could possibly want. Chris and David are the absolute best hosts. They have thought of everything. There is a small fridge in the room filled with all sorts of complimentary drinks. There is... More

First impression of this place was definitely "Such awesome hosts!". They go all the way making sure that all guests feel righ at home. Making sure facility is clean, food is stocked up and paying close attention to those small details that most places miss out on ;)Talk about local hospitality! Location is really central and view was amazing too.... More

This was our second stay here and it was as good as the 1st time. There's always a warm welcome from Chris and Dave and they are so helpful. The room we had this time (emerald) was spotless and beautifully decorated. I love all the little extras like the hair dryer, straighteners, juice, water and the welcome bottle of wine.... More

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in August 2014. The Tulip of Amsterdam is an easy 10 mins walk from Central Station and located right in the centre of Amsterdam. The hosts, David and Chris are charming and helpful. The building is 300 years old and also charming and rather quaint. The rooms are well equipped with mini... More

Chris and David were very good hosts during my stay at The Tulip in July of 2014. Their B&B is on a street that is right on one of the wonderful canals that intersect this great city. Amsterdam is easy to travel through, especially when at a B&B like The Tulip which is very near public transportation. I was on... More

The Tulip of Amsterdam is centrally and conveniently located to the center of the city and all of the major sites we wanted to explore. We liked our room which had a collection of eclectic Dutch themed decor. Our host was friendly and accommodating. She was reliable and made us feel at home. We really appreciated the in-room food supplies... More

We stayed in this lovely little B&B for two nights mid week. The owners were away at the time however we were looked after by a lovely lady called Nicky. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready for the time we arrived (we were on time) Nicky sorted drinks and discussed the area and tips for our stay. Our room was very... More

We were very welcomed by David of the 'Tulip of Amsterdam'. He suggested us a protected parking (10 euros/day) within les than 10 min. walking of the B&B. The interior of the B&B is top! The lounge is vintage, the spacious room breathes the quirky atmosphere of Amsterdam with nice tulips and decorations. Despite its "super central location", we heard... More
