The hotel is right next to museum island and a tram stop so it is very easy to et around the city if you don't want to walk or cycle. Staff were super helpful and gave us loads of tips and money-off coupons. Bedrooms are average but very clean and we didn't have a problem.

It smelled like mold all over the place. Bathroom was nothing but mold. The bed was smelly and dampy. The window in the bathroom was open and could not be closed. So you can not use the toilet without the neighbours watching. Only good thing was the location. Gross! Never going back again.

Room was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. Shared bathrooms are also kept very clean. Location of the hotel is perfect, beautiful view of the Rijksmuseum and just round the corner from Leidseplein which is a busy square full of bars and restaurants. Staff are always very friendly and helpful too. Only thing I would say is that... More

It was disgustingly dirty, pillows and towels smelled badly and the whole house is totally worn out. That was the worst hotel I have seen in my life, and I have seen plenty. Also, it is more a hostel, than a hotel. The location of the hotel is pretty good, if you like partying.

Was the cheapest hotel we found and it was at the centre of Amsterdam. Very clean and neat. We stayed there for 4 nights. It's a good place to stay if you just need a roof over your head and a bathroom for a few days.

Efficient check in and check out, but expensive for the value provided. Most (maybe all) rooms do not have en suite bathrooms. Possibly because of narrow stairways there were no double beds but 2 single beds which can be joined. Toilets were shared but clean.

The bed for starters was super comfortable - they have magic mattresses! The staff was very professional and super helpful. We travelled for a family wedding and had a last minute wardrobe malfunction. They were very quick to help and offered a sewing kit and safety pins. Always on hand to advice on places to go and even ready for... More

The good thing about this place is the location. Very close to all we wanted to do and see. Though, for how outrageously expensive it is, it should be better kept. The floor of our room was incredibly stained and had a moldy smell. The shared bathroom was so so dirty.
