Oki and Frank and their Le Quartier Sonang Bed and Breakfast made our short stay in Amsterdam a real joy, a confortable and pleasurable experience. The Bed and Breakfast is in a peaceful neighborhood where we could easily get around to local areas of interest. The room was lovely, cozy and beautifully decorated offering us a peaceful view of the... More

Like so many other people, my fiancé and I found Le Quartier Sonang through Trip Advisor. Please do yourselves a favor. Look no further. This B&B is incredible. The owners, Frank and Oki, are the absolute definition of hospitality. From my first correspondence, I knew that our stay would be great. All of my questions were answered in a few... More

This was a terrific B&B. Frank gave us a warm welcome and brilliant overview of Amsterdam. He told us about many great restaurants in the neighborhood and was willing to make dinner reservations for us. Oki served us the fresh breakfast each morning and made us feel incredibly welcome during our two night stay. The room and balcony were outstanding.... More

We had a perfect time around in Amsterdam with the warm welcome of two lovely host Oki and Frank. Truly enjoy the stay in their house, particularly love the well prepared breakfast and detailed cosy house design! Don't forget to try cycling in the Vondelpark, bike rental service available just a few streets away from the B&B!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Le Quartier Sonang is located in a nice neighborhood. Good choice of restaurants nearby: Italian, Thai, seafood, etc. Walking distance to the museums, Vondell Park, 9 Streets. Oki and Frank made us feel very welcome during our 4-night stay. It was evident that they knew what guests would appreciate: The B&B... More

This was my first visit to Amsterdam and our friends chose 'Le Quartier Sonang' for our two night stay. On arrival, Oki received us warmly with a welcome cup of tea, maps and lot of information about the local area and Amsterdam. Our room was perfect, the balcony and windows make the room very light and it was very pleasant... More

I tend to be very sceptical about reviews I read online. However, in the case of Le Quartier Sonang all of the reviews are true - it is an amazing B & B and if you want a great place to stay and a great host you must stay here! Oki received us with open arms and gave us some... More

We made an excellent choice in choosing 'Le Quartier Sonang' for our three night trip to Amsterdam. After flight delays in London Oki and Frank received us with a warm welcome despite being late at night. They immediately made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and right at home. The bottle of wine was exactly what we needed! We loved the room... More

My husband and I from Australia and 2 friends from the UK stayed with Oki & Frank for 4 nights last May and had absolute 5 star treatment from the beginning to the end of our stay - nothing was too much trouble. The location was ideal within easy walking distance of the city and close to restaurants and cafes.... More

The location of Le Quartier Sonang was perfect for us. We walked to all the points of interest with no problem. It was in a lovely quiet street but so close to everything. Out hosts were brilliant! Frank's very thorough orientation chat of the city was invaluable. Oki's lovely breakfast tray was a wonderful start to the morning. The room... More
