As I booked the hotel at the last minute, I got a very small room, smaller than my toilet back home. But that wasn't a problem. The problem was the lack of good service. The staffs were there just to stay on their desk and open the door. They didn't even respond to what I was asking. Not only the... More

Very close to the Central Station, 10-15 minutes by walk to Dam Square, surrounding by souvenir shop, cafe, super market, great location! The staff were mostly nice, breakfast was complete and delicious. Unfortunately we found that our spoon in the room wasn't perfectly clean. That's it.

The hotel staff were polite and friendly! The room was big enough and nice and clean! The breakfast was really good and there was a good variety- sausage, egg, bacon, cream, meats, cheese, yoghurts, bread! The hotel is in a excellent location for exploring the city!

Wow! At 7.30am flew from Liverpool to Schipol in under an hour, caught a train from the airport to Amsterdam Centraal, crossed the square, turned right, walked 100yards and arrived at the Hotel Multatuli at 10.30am (UK time)! We were early, but the room was available to us within ten minutes. The hotel is small and clean and centrally located.... More

An excellent 3 star hotel nest door to the main rail station, I got an excellent room rate from booking.com. Very helpful staff, clean warm rooms with a mini bar, close to all attractions, a stones throw from the canal boats and trams, highly recommended

Stayed for 3 nights.location is good right by the train station. Bedroom was ok. Just pillows were very uncomfortable so did not sleep too well. Ok for the money, but will try a different hotel next time.

Young couple away for a long weekend. Arrived without my card I had PAID with, resulting in me having to pay AGAIN! Which was a good start to our trip, NOT. Staff very rude and arrogant. Room was ok, bed was so comfortable. Felt like we shouldn't of been there, whenever we left the room, the horrible man on reception... More
