I'll get the very small negative out of the way, if you get a good deal on the internet the breakfast is extra and is overpriced, however there is a Burger King in the same building that is cheap! The hotel was 10 mins by bus from Dam square, with a very usefull network fo buses every 15 minutes...also night hours had a 1 hour cycling bus to use.The bus stop is about 100m from the hotel..The hotel personel was vey kind and helpfull.Especially many thanks to Micaella, the Portugese girl at reception , who was prepared and ready...
