We recently stayed at the Doria, it was our 3rd visit to A'dam. The location is great, but the room was not clean. The phone had a layer of dust on it, the comforter and blankets were not washed (obvious spots of dirt) and the sheets were stained. The sheets had been washed but they had stains reamining. I kept... more

After reading some bad reviews of this hotel i was apprehensive about our stay prior to our arrival. The hotel is in an excellent location located just off Dam square round the corner from the Grand Hotel. As we arrived in Amsterdam mid morning we went to the hotel and left our bags, lockers available and reception manned 24 hours.... more

The restaurant was good and was nice to sit in to get a late leisurely breakfast and watch the world go by! I... more

I did not want to pay and check in unless I saw the room. Finally, the lady in the reception gave me a key see the available room. I tried to open the door but I... more
