Please note that we DID NOT stay right at the B&B but in a separate apartment owned by the same woman. Our stay was fabulous. Pros include: excellent location, full kitchen with dishes/dishwasher, two double beds (one pullout), TV w/ dvd, massage chair, tons of information in the apartment about Amsterdam sites, bike tours etc. Cons? Really steep and long... More

The Flynt B&B was a place that my partner found over a website called booking.com. This was my 5th time to Amsterdam. We booked with The Flynt as the prices were very good and looked like a lovely little bed and breakfast for a couple nights stay. The Flynt is located on Eerste Helmersstraat, a quiet and very residential neighbourhood... More

the location is just right for those looking for a quiet neighborhood at night yet not too far from the center and the museums. the room is way better than a lot of B&Bs in other countries in europe. that goes with the toilet too... and the owners are very helpful and accommodating. the amount that you pay (as compared... The B&B is situated in a very nice area, at walking distance (ranging from a few minutes to half an hour) to the major interest points in Amsterdam. The owner is great, the room was nice and clean and the kitchen well supplied. Can't find any relevant bad parts in my experience at this B&B :)

We (baby-boomer couple) stayed for 3 nights. Ieke and Frank were very helpful with advice on nearby restaurants, and local attractions, concerts etc. and travel, and Puma, the cat, was always there to greet us. The do-it-yourself breakfasts (and other meals, if you wanted a sandwich or eggs, panckakes later) suited us perfectly with a big fridge to put your... More

My husband and I stayed at the Flynt for 2 nights. We were very excited about our time in Amsterdam and Flynt was a good base for us. There were some problems. Now let me preface this by saying these problems wouldn't have been such a bit deal to me if the price of the room had been lower. I... More

We stayed at the Flynt B&B on Eerste Helmersstraat for 4 nights last week. What we liked: - Location. The B&B is on a quiet residential street within walking distance of Leidseplein and the canals, the museum district, Jordaan and De Pijp. The No. 1 tram (north-south from Centraal Station) is a block away, as are east-west trams. You can... More

We stayed for 2 nights in the Flynt 2 green room and we definitely felt it was not worth the money. It was a very basic room indeed, with an again basic bathroom, with practically nowhere to put or hang up your things. The information which we were sent did not make clear that we would have to make our... More

I booked a room in FLYNT b&b in Amsterdam (Netherlands) a month ago and I started to count off the days until my holidays. The lucky day arrived and after following the instructions, written on their webpage, I was heading with my niece to the b&b. Unfortunately, I missed the curb of the sidewalk and all of the sudden I... More

Our stay at Flynt #2 was excellent. As the title of this post states, we didn't want for anything. From an 24/7 accessible kitchen stocked with yummy breakfast goodies (crepes, chocolate, bread, eggs, cheese, deli meats, yogurts, fruits, museli, tea, coffee, juice...) to self service laundry, endless hot water and satellite TV, the 'do as you would do at home'...
