The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The room was very small but we only slept there. In a good location for the tram to the centre. Also close to Ctaste and The Heineken experience and a couple of supermarkets. Plenty of eating venues and bars nearby. Although small the linen and towels were changed and we would... More

I turned up here after a long drive and looking forward to a good rest. ..I was asked to pay up front. I thought that was odd..so I asked to look at the room. The room I as shown was small cramped and dirty. On inspection there was snot and dirt on the walls next to the bed. The carpet... More

I loved this hotel last time I stayed, this time not so much. I had a room which was clearly mouldy, the pillows smelt kind of cheesy and I couldn't change rooms because the hotel was full because of a convention. It was alright but I won't come back now, every time I turned over I got a new waft... More

I was at this hotel at spring 2014. It is based not in the middle of the city and you should take a little walk to reach it. Room was big enough and what I liked most of all was the great, huge balcony. Beside this it is hard to mark another features of this hotel. All was average or... More

Hotel not in a particularly good location, too far from town to walk anywhere, no restaurant & nothing decent within walking distance. My room was absolutely miniscule (defintely THE smallest room & bed I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world). If you oped a window to get fresh air you got ne sleep due to the constant road... Stayed here on a stag day at end of April. Hotel location was only average. Quite a way from most areas but trams got you places quick. Hotel was relatively modern, but staff were not overly accommodating. Room was good size and clean, with a balcony and comfy beds. Decor not to my taste but was really just a place... More

Pretty basic sort of a place" Had a ground floor roommate the rear. The room was quite small an appearances were not good. There were black marks and scratches up the wall at the foot of the bed where I guess it was caused by people lugging their suitcases around the narrow gap at the foot of the bed. We... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in Late February/Early March - It was a very nice hotel! Clean, great location, spacious room and the number 3 tram stops right outside the hotel. But, even if you wanted to walk, Amsterdam Centraal is probably like 20 minutes away.. There's also 2 coffee shops round the corner (maybe more) from... More
