The Rokin is an absolute gem in an excellent location next to everything you need. The bars, cafes, dam square and red light district are all in walkable distance. I wasnt bothered about anything else but having a bed to stay in as there is plenty more to do in the city of Amsterdam than sit in your hotel room.... more
