I was supposed to spend a few days in this hotel but i ended up going somewhere else. The Hotel is not bad at all considering the standards in Amsterdam, rooms are tiny but yet, this is normal in this city for budget hotels. Staff is kind although they sure don't walk the extra mile to help you. It looks... More

Good location between museums and old city, you do not need for public transport. Staff is helpful. Nice bathroom. Several easy connections with Schiphol airport. Breakfast might be better, not availible hot dishes, but coffee is well and tee choice is good.

We stayed here from 12 to 16 January and will most certainly stay here again. The hotel is walking distance from the Museumplein (Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, etc), the Albert Cuyp market (Europe's largest open air daily market), the City Canal Cruise departure point, Heineken Experience and the Amsterdam Museum of Photography (FOAM). There are many trolley stops close by... More

Excellent stay. Three nights in September. Good breakfast included with room. Like all things Dutch was spotlessly clean. Rooms are small by our standards but location location location. Very helpful staff. Walked to Van Gogh Museum, Heineken Brewery, Vondel Park, Tour boat dock and the Albert Cuypmarkt. Got happily lost more that once. Locals are very helpful and most can... More

I think this is a good hotel, although it is too expensive for how basic it is. Everything was clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful with how to find places. Would stay again, if it was cheaper.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, the duvet and pillows were so comfy we were asleep in minutes. Would have liked a double bed but received two singles and two seperate duvets rather than one but it was still cozy. Shower was very warm, and the radiator was so big it heated up the room in less than 5... More

The hotel is in a great location, being a 15 minute walk from the city centre and very near the Rijksmuseum complex and the Heineken brewery. The area is fairly quiet with good transport links to the rest of Amsterdam. My single room was fairly small, but perfectly adequate for my needs and very clean. The breakfast selection was pretty... We had a pleasant long weekend here. This is a small hotel in an old building (as most of Amsterdam is). It is inside the outer canal ring which roughly indicates the main tourist area, but is in a quiet side street. The rooms are not large, but still enough space to move around, tea & coffee maker and reasonable... More

Located in a peaceful side street, the hotel is a good jump-off point to many attractions. The Heineken brewery is a short walk away. Walk further down and you will come across a street market selling everything from cheese to clothes. The museums are a bit farther away, but still a very pleasant and relaxing walk away. The room itself... More
