No complaints at all. Hotel is clean and room is comfortable. It is a long way out however you have the metro and bus at your doorstep. It's away from the buzz of Amsterdam so could be a positive or negative.

We appreciate your kind words on Tripadvisor . I is good to read that you had a pleasent stay in our hotel. You are quit right that the public transporation is very well organised to get to town and that the relaxing athmosphere of the area and the parc behind us gives you time to reflect the toughts about Amsterdam,... The most I liked about hotel was location, even though it was far from city. It is just 1 minute walk from metro station line 53 (last stop). To get from / to City centre is just 20 minutes. Buy one (two) day pass 7 euro (12 euro/2days) . Hotel is very basic, room small, clean. Rooms screaming to be... More

A group of 6 of my friends and I stayed here for 6 nights when we visited Amsterdam from Ireland at the end of June. On arrival we decided to pay, and we all needed to pay separately, there was a little bit of trouble over this , so the lady who was serving us knocked a bit of money... More

Yes the rooms are dated and quite small. But what do you expect when it is by far the cheapest hotel in Amsterdam, it is easy to get too from the city centre and the staff go above and beyond there duties to keep you happy. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful, we were greeted on arrival by who... More

Dear Guest With a smile on our faces we have read your revieuw. Indeed the hotel is not the most luxury product but for that there are enough hotels in Amsterdam. Our pleasure lies in connecting with our guests and make their stay in Amsterdam a stay to remember. We are very pleased that we have succeeded an please note... More

A friend and I recently stayed here, for the one night, while passing through the Capital. The hotel is about 1 mins walk to the trains that run into the city centre (20 mins journey). There is plenty of parking spaces in the secure car park. The staff were very friendly and the bar and outside sitting area is pleasant.... More

I went only for a night and I enjoyed the hotel very much, although the hotel is not in the city centre it has a very good communication with town and has a tram stop right in front. Good staff, and very nice rooms, would definitely come back if I need to.

Overprized. Interior is 70s style and our room smelled of smoke. When we told the receptionist we were offered another room which did not smell of smoke but simply old and stuffy. Apperently this is a common issue since the doors of other rooms were kept open in order to ventilate. No hair dryer in the room. Plus: friendly, helfpul... More

We appreciate your feedback on your stay though of course we would heve preffered it to be better. Your comments make us realise that it might be time for a change in the smoking policy . True is that we leave our doors and windows when guests have left open as long as possible. Ventilation and fresh air is always... More

We stayed only one night there. The only problem we had was there was a mold spot behind the bedroom door and it smelled a little. We didn't complain, but someone came to clean it, they probably knew about this, so why didn't they clean it before we arrive? Then this would be a better review :) The hotel is... More

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We need our guests to show us the points were we need ot act more quickly. Mold can be difficult in hotelrooms cetrainly when there is a busy period. For it more complicated to clean and needs special products this is not done by the housekeeping but often by our own staff... More

It wasn't the most cosy or romantic of rooms (a little outdated), but definitely a good enough place to stay for a couple of days. The hotel is situated close to a metro station and they have a free parking lot, which is worth a lot in Amsterdam.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel is more like the style of USA Motels..I would say that maybe it cost less per night. We did not breakfast there. Room was clean, but only in bathroom the curtain was a little dirty. It was fine.
