I stayed in Hostelle for 4 days! It was very clean, the stuff was friendly and the rooms and the lounge were so cosy! Everywhere, even in the bathroom there were stylish things and fernitures! There is also great traditional breakfast with only 5 euros extra every morning! It takes less than 20 minutes by subway to reach the city... More

Stayed here 4 nights in Jan 2014, quite easily located, very close to transport links. Staff friendly, showers very good, nice common area where me and a friend watched a film (lots of choice.) Problems being not enough plug sockets for everyone in the room, very squeaky bunk beds! but cant really argue with the price as very cheap, so... More

Stayed here three nights a couple of weeks ago. Found it to be perfectly clean with excellent facilities for a FANTASTIC price. As stated by others this is a calm place and the front desk hostel staff do disappear at night. But there is a security receptionist on the first floor at all times watching the entry door to the... Didnt like it at all, the breakfast was really bad, they didnt have milk or juice, just tea or coffee. This hostel is VERY famous with oriental girls.. The reception is not 24 hrs, and the staff is not polite. After all the girls took a long bath, the hot water was over, so I had to take a bath... More

I recommend this clean, spacious and quiet hostel. I enjoyed my 3-night stay there in July 2013. The staff was kind and helpful and they even helped me book my tickets to the Rijkes and Van Gogh museums so I could skip the line when I arrived at the museums. The one downside to this hostel is its location. The... More

I went to this hostel last year with a friend and we stayed for 3 nights. lt's extremely clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The facilities are also very good, there's a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook your own food and our room was very cutely decorated. What's really nice about this hostel is that it's... More

Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Free map of the city - free tea, coffee and candy. Clean. Comfortable lounge room with couches, tables and fridges to place your food. Common food stash. Variety of books to read and interesting girls to meet. The only drawback is that it's not situated in the center, but it takes about... More

I was here for two nights, and had an excellent experience here. The hostel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. They have a communal kitchen and a common food stash, and the check-in lady gave me a lock (free!) to use with the lockers underneath the beds. Overall the staff is very helpful and polite. If you arrive before 7:30... More

Number 1: It's an all-girls hostel!! We made a really good decision by choosing this hostel. The common lounge is very cozy, and you're allowed to cook your own meal at the kitchen. They even have a common food stash - so you'll never go hungry! Only one thing - the light in our room was a bit dim, probably... More

after a busy day wandering Amsterdam, its lovely to head out in the suburbs to the oasis that is Hostelle. there's frequent metro services so the 20min back home is no problem. as a women-only hostel in the quiet of winter, we did lots of evening hanging out in the lounge with others who were ready to chat and watch...
