On arrival we were met by the manager of the hotel who was very kind and friendly and offered us the choice of rooms, our room was large and clean with a really amazing shower and comfortable beds to sleep in . As we were the only people for breakfast we had eggs to our liking. the breakfast is simple... More

When I booked it was rated as a 2* hotel. So I expected to get what you paid for - not a lot. However this little hotel, is well worth it. First of all,It's location is within easy reach of the city Center. I found the simple directions on the website easy to use and even I didn't get lost!... More

We booked a twin room for 2 nights. It was clean and near to the beautiful museum place and to the center of amsterdam. We rent 2 bikes at the Kap Hotel. The Staff was very helpful and very kind. It was a very good stay and I keep some amazing memories.

as with most reviews for this hotel, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable, ncke rooms, free wifi and breakfasts. The only negative thing I can say about the place was the bed bugs or something that was biting us as we slept, after three days We all had bites, even though I was the only one to actually sleep under... A group of 8 of us visited for 4 nights in June. The price was very acceptable. We were greeted by a lovely man who helped us to carry our cases upstairs (which I must say were very steep but we were expecting it). Room was big, tidy and airy with a lovely wet room/bathroom. Room cleaned every day to... More

The room was very clean and in good condition. Chen was very helpful and welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. 5 of us stayed in the room and there was plenty of space. The stairs are hilariously steep. A great place to stay as a group or someone looking for an affordable and clean hotel close to city centre.... More

Stayed here 3 nights, with 3 friends. The stairs are very steep, but not a problem to us as we had backpacks - the room was nice and had our own bathroom Location is perfect, just a few metro stops to the busiest areas, and can easily walk everywhere if preferred. Only fault as when we wanted to check out... More

Good location, very helpful and friendly staff! We stayed there 3 nights. While booking we requested for king size bed but didn't got it. The room was clean and tidy. Stairs are quite high :-) but as many others hotels in Amsterdam. Satisfied overall.
