Not great. Arrived Sunday 3rd December. Group of three girls. Original room we were given was only for two people which was strange. To top it all off, upon entering the room, a female was asleep on the bed. Very embarrassing for her and us. We went back up to reception to explain… the manager wasn’t really apologetic. “This sometimes happens” does it? Very strange. We kept all our belongings locked away or on us after this. Moved us rooms to an “upgrade” upstairs (336) in which the windows were broken and had fallen in. Room was tiny for three people. Shower scalded you every 39 seconds. Old crisp packet under the bed. They obviously knew the window had broken as there were two ratty portable heaters in the room. I probably wouldn’t stay here again if I’m totally honest. Good…

After receiving email confirmation the room would cost £864 for three nights, and that it would be a double deluxe or have twin beds, none of this turned out to be true. I was presented with bill for £980 (apparently the increase was hotel tax,) the room was certainly not deluxe (it was tiny) and only had one bed (a double which pretty much filled the room.) On the plus side, the staff were friendly, it’s well situation in terms of the museum district and the decor has a stylish and quirky aspect which gives it that boutique appeal. I noticed that the advertised price per room on Booking.com is about 40% cheaper. One lives and learns! Do not intend to be back.

Very pleasant hotel in a good location. Easy to get to on tram or metro. Within walking distance of Dam square. (20 mins) All the staff were very helpful and polite. Good selection at breakfast. Although room could be classed as small, perfectly adequate for my son and I for our 2 night stay. Happy to recommend and will return next year.

The location of this hotel is good but that’s about it. I am a happy customer of Leonardo hotels, but I did not like this one. The room-cleaning-service is incredibly slow and you have to request it at the reception every day!! There is a strong smell of sewage in the lobby that goes up to the upper floors. The reception staff are friendly and helpful (like in other Leonardo hotels) so the problem here I believe is the management. At this hotel they sell some rooms as deluxe but there is no deluxe at all (small rooms with internal view and tiny window): only some corner-rooms in the front of the hotel are good but they are hardly available. I would not recommend this hotel, they should be more honest and solve all the problems.

The hotel is brilliantly located and fairly priced. The rooms are certainly cosy but had everything that we needed, and we had a good breakfast although very short of fresh fruit. The bar is not always manned in the evening but otherwise the service was excellent.

My friend & I were celebrating her birthday at the hotel. I had arranged a birthday package beforehand and much to her surprise, flowers, champagne, chocs & balloons were there upon arrival. Reception staff super friendly especially Maria (curly hair) & Tatiana (Moldova). They were so helpful and had helped with information on trips, booking taxis and restaurants. We stayed in a deluxe room, although, cozy were advised that it was bigger than most. There was construction taking place directly opposite the hotel which started at 07:00, however, this was not too problematic as we were out all day. The hotel was well located, very clean but above all were the professional and friendly staff. Would 100% recommend and will most certainly revisit the hotel again!

If you decide to walk to this hotel, as we did, from the Central Station, and you have luggage, I would suggest that you find a way to use the tram (just pay on board...there is someone who will take the money, or scan on and then scan off the tram or take the Metro which is 5 minutes. The walk nearly killed me, but I do have arthritis in both knees!! Our reception in the hotel experience was first class10/10. Room...excellent; nothing I can fault. Service levels were top drawer. Breakfast...really expensive...but we decided to bite the bullet because it was raining so hard but thee are LOADS of restaurants/cafes/bars very close by.
